InWEnt at the World Information Summit

Various InWEnt staff joined cooperation partners at the December World Summit on the Information Society in Geneva to present projects in which information and communication technologies play an important role. Division 5.3 “Environment, Energy and Water” introduced visitors to the e-learning network SANTREN (Southern African Network for Training and Research on the Environment), Division 4.3 “Urban Development, Infrastructure and Communications” presented its international knowledge networks it@asia and it@ab and Division 3.2 “E-learning, Global Campus and Lifelong Learning” showed how networking can promote knowledge exchange and learning.
